Faber turns a description and the files you attach into editable CAD geometry, using an automated agent that writes and runs modelling code. The output is a draft produced by a machine. It is not an engineering deliverable, it has not been checked by a person, and it is not fit to be manufactured, load-bearing, safety-related or relied upon without your own review by a competent engineer.
You sign in with Google or Microsoft, and the account is the verified email address they give us. One address is one account. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service, to work around its limits, or to upload material you have no right to upload.
Runs are metered in credits. One credit is one US cent of the model spend a run actually measures. A new account is given a starting balance. A run that exhausts the balance finishes rather than stopping half-built, and the account settles at zero; the next run is refused until there is more. Credits are a unit of account for usage, not currency, and they are not refundable or transferable except as required by law.
You keep every right you already have in what you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, show them back to you, and send them to our model provider so the agent can work on them. We do not use your files or prompts to train models.
Only upload material you are entitled to upload. Drawings and models are very often a third party's property and are very often marked as such.
No availability, no accuracy, no fitness for any purpose. During the beta the service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything built, quoted or decided on the strength of output from this product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms carry a version, and the version changes whenever the text does. When it changes you will be asked to accept the new text before continuing. The copy served at this address is the one that applies.
